Mi esposa y yo hemos probado pizzas en muchísimos lugares, y sin duda alguna podemos decir que esta es la mejor pizza de todo Costa Rica. La Diavola es simplemente espectacular.

El proceso de fermentación que llevan la hace una excelente opción para quienes tienen intolerancias con el gluten. Gracias a La Clandestina, mi hija se volvió amante de la pizza, y regresar a casa sin malestares definitivamente no tiene precio. La sangria la sirven tal cual se toma en Europa, sin manzana ni frutas, lo cual la convierte en una buena opción para personas con sensibilidad a los FODMAPs que quieren darse un gustito.
