This was our first meal while visiting family in San Jose. It was recommended by locals and now I know why. It was absolutely delicious. We met Fabi (yes, the LaFabi creator) and she was so warm and welcoming and greeted many customers who were obviously regulars. (One of which was another chef and restaurant owner who vouched this is the best pizza.) What a delicious pizza and overall experience! We dined in as a family and immediately the kids were given pizza dough to roll out and create their own pizzas. They had a great time designing their dinner meanwhile us adults thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas we ordered.
