I’ve found a new favorite spot, and I can’t stop thinking about it! Cafe Bria just opened here in La Suiza, and it’s everything I could want in a café—delicious food, stunning views, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This isn’t just any café; it’s a true farm-to-table experience crafted with care by internationally trained chefs. The menu beautifully blends traditional Costa Rican flavors with international influences, and every bite was unforgettable. But let’s talk about the baked goods—because WOW. Handmade sourdough croissants, artisan sourdough loaves, fluffy brioche, and an array of freshly baked bread that made my carb-loving heart so happy. 😍

And the coffee? 🌱☕ It’s grown right on their farm and brewed to perfection, rich and flavorful, the perfect complement to the incredible food. Enjoying it on the veranda, with breathtaking views of Turrialba Volcano and the lush valley below, surrounded by birdsong and fresh mountain air—it was pure magic.

I didn’t want to leave, and honestly, I can’t wait to go back. If you’re anywhere near La Suiza, Cafe Bria is a MUST-visit. Go for the food, stay for the views, and leave with a happy heart (and maybe a loaf of sourdough to take home 😉).

I have to admit that it's difficult to say if anything went wrong during my visit to Bria! The first impression when we arrived was: "Oh my lord, what a beautiful place!"
