This evening we dined with our family at Restaurant Ethno Village, and what an unforgettable experience it was! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed in an authentic, charming setting that feels like stepping into an old village. The ambiance is unique and instantly inviting.

The staff deserves huge praise: they were incredibly friendly and attentive. We were offered an aperitif, and because it was busy and our food took a bit longer, they surprised us with a delicious starter. That kind of hospitality is rare!

We ordered the “Gourmet Octopus,” “Grilled Sea Bream,” “Lamb Chops,” and “Duck Breast.” Every dish was a true flavor explosion, leaving us with tastes we won’t soon forget. The “Duck Breast” was perfectly prepared, with a flavorful, thick layer of fat that elevated the dish to another level. My son raved about the “Lamb Chops,” which were bursting with flavor thanks to a mix of herbs and delicious sauces. The “Grilled Sea Bream” came with an irresistible sauce that I mopped up with the fresh bread until the last drop. The “Gourmet Octopus” was equally surprising and refined. All our plates went back to the kitchen completely empty!

What makes Ethno Village special is their boldness in experimenting with herbs and flavors. This isn’t your average restaurant; here, you taste passion for food and care for the guests. The combinations are original and surprising, exactly what you hope for in a culinary experience.

Honestly, there is no place in Croatia or the world that has recreated the authentic Dalmatian spirit with such perfection. Not a single stone is out of place, not one shutter is off, not a single flower or olive tree is growing where it shouldn’t. Every detail is pure poetry of the Mediterranean 🌿⛪

You’re not visiting a theme park you’re stepping into a living, breathing postcard of old Dalmatia. The kind our grandparents lived in, and the kind we all secretly long for.

This isn’t decoration this is emotion, heritage, and soul.
