Restoran Aga — Restaurant in Grad Omiš

Amazing food and only that. The staff is extremely rude and not educated about their own dishes - we asked 2 times about one particular calamari dish, it was supposed to come out certain way it came out different way…. We called 3 times the “reservation guy” to make a reservation - no one answered, then we came to the restaurant and suddenly everything was reserved - how? We even got a personal number to call…. We had to sit in the bar area while in the beginning we sat at the table with no “reservation” card and suddenly it was reserved, then we changed the table and then it was reserved again without the “reservation” card. I do not recommend when it comes to organization of the staff - totally unprofessional - only kids and pseudo-adults drinking wine on their shift are working there. Terrible atmosphere. Bring your money elsewhere if you seek for professionalism…. :((((( extremely disappointed in the end - before it was all 5 stars…… that says something - change your drunk and extremely unprofessional staff…. Only dark-haired lady that served us was very nice and helpful to us and the dark-haired guy that washes dishes and makes drinks - always smiling and being helpful among other rude and drunk staff.

We managed to eat while waiting for regular tables, the “reservation” tables still weren’t taken for another 15 minutes…. Just...

The restaurant is ideally located near the beach, and it would be a very pleasant place to spend time. Unfortunately, the waitstaff here is, to put it mildly, nonexistent. Apart from the fact that, based on my weekly observations, the staff has a major problem with Poles, I've never felt so bad in a restaurant. Aside from the tall waiter, who was wonderful, and the blonde waitress, who was also professional and very friendly, the rest of the staff was a disaster. The food was good, not exceptional, but you could eat your fill. The prices were quite reasonable, but overall, it was chaotic, plus the service, which, when you see a Poles, is automatically rude, probably because they won't get a tip. They won't get a tip because...

The dishes served were delicious, but the waiting time was more than an hour. The main problem is that no one warned us that there would be a long wait. It seems that the waiters forgot about our order, the orders were being fulfilled at neighboring tables. The chef also accused us of being alone, and there were many of us and we had to wait. No compliments from the chef followed. We will not go there again, despite all the beauty around. There are restaurants in the area with quick service and no...
