This was the worst restaurant experience I have had for a long time. We had a reservation for 11 people at 8pm and arrived at the restaurant on time. After being ignored at the reception for 20 minutes, then being told our table is not available, waiting for yet more 25 minutes and finally being yelled at to leave the table so they can change the table cloths we left the restaurant without ordering. Within the 45 minutes we stayed at that special restaurant nobody of the staff even thought of making an excuse. I cannot think of any other occasion where I have been treated with so much disrespect as a guest. When we arrived and told the waiter that we had reserved a table at 8, he refused to give us an answer, while the waitress yelled at one of us for standing in the way. For 20 Minutes they just let us wait in the dark. The waitress yelled again for throwing somethig in their trash bin. Upon asking, they told us where our table was and that it will be free in 5 mins. After another 20 mins, it was finally free. We sat down. No one came for another 10 Mins. When the waitress came and yelled a third time that she has to clean the table, we just got up and left. We were speachless.

TL;DR: I've never experienced a service that unreliable or unfriendly. 50 Minutes of waiting and being yelled...

From the moment we stepped in, everything was flawless. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, and we truly felt welcome.
