Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Rahmen einer Geburtstagsfeier, das Restaurant Stancija Stare Staze zu besuchen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürt man die liebevolle Gestaltung des Ambientes, das traditionelle und moderne Elemente wunderbar miteinander verbindet. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und einladend, ideal für ein entspanntes Abendessen oder einen besonderen Anlass. Das Menü bietet eine beeindruckende Auswahl an lokalen und saisonalen Gerichten, die mit frischen Zutaten und viel Hingabe zubereitet werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Geschmack der Speisen – jedes Gericht ist eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Von den köstlichen Vorspeisen über die perfekt zubereiteten Hauptgerichte bis hin zu den verlockenden Desserts war jeder Bissen ein Genuss. Der Service ist ebenso bemerkenswert. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst professionell, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Man fühlt sich als Gast rundum wohl und gut. Ponukani praznim želucima, posjetili smo Stanciju. Cijeli kompleks je lijepo uređen, uređenih prostora za parkiranje oko kompleksa, sa dječjim igralištem i velikim terasama za ljetno uživanje. Unutrašnjost je standardna restoranska, uredna i ugodna. Sjedajući za stol prvo se primjeti dobro popunjeni vinski frižider prvenstveno lokalnih proizvođača. naručili smo beefsteakove i janjeću koljenicu sous- vide. Steakovi su napravljeni točno prema traženom, meso je bilo svježe, putrasto i puno okusa ocjena 4,5/5. Janjeća koljenica je bila vrlo mekana, lagano zapečena na površini i začinjena s mjerom. Subjektivno, jedna od ponajboljih koju sam do sada pojeo, ocjena 4,8/5. Mala je primjedba na krumpir, jer sam naletio na nekoliko komada koji su bili nedovoljno pripremljeni. Ocjena 4,0/5. Nije bilo gužve, tako da se osoblje moglo posvetiti našem stolu. Komunikacija je bila na nivou, način kako su prezentirana jela i ponuđena pića na nivou, uz primjedbu da bih uvijek prvo nudio lokalne aperitive i pića, a onda proširio ponudu.
