Panorama is one of my favorite restaurants in entire Croatia. I have been here many many times, and brought a lot of my friends. The important thing to understand is that this is a small, family ran restaurant, with authentic Croatian cousine and ambiebt. It is not a classic Micheling star restaurant, although it is probably far better than most of those. Panorama is located in the hills above Orebic with gorgeous views of Korcula and the entire channel between Korcula and Peljesac. View from the restaurant can easily be defined as one of the best in Croatia. Food is traditional Dalmatian food, and it is prepared to perfection. Important note on food though - most of the best meals take hours and hours to prepare, so make sure you call ahead and order peka (meat under the bell - lamb, veal or octopus) or pasticada (traditional Dalmatian beef cooked in wine sauce and served over gnocci). Owners pick local black truffels as well, and serve delicious pasta in truffle sauce. Everyone working there is a part of the family so service is great. If you are anywhere in the vicinity, even as far as Dubrovnik, this restaurant is...

Words can't really describe how special the view is from Restaurant Panorama...breathtaking is the closest you can think of. The food and service matches the views, the whole experience is stunning. Be sure to order the "dish cooked under the bell", you'll have to pre-order this (do this when you reserve the table) and the portions are very generous so don't over-order like we did! The veal "dish under the bell" is particularly noteworthy, as is the tuna carpaccio. They will also cook pasta with cheese, pasta with tomato, grilled chicken and French fries for the kids, even though they're not shown on the menu...so kids are well catered for too. A few comments mention the drive to the road from Orebić being difficult, but it's absolutely fine-...

If you visit the lovely Monastery of Our Lady of Anđela just outside Orebić and overlooking the Pelješac channel it's worth continuing along the road another 1.5 km to the Panorama restaurant. The setting is perfect, food and service great, menu is not extensive but dishes are generous and very tasty and great value too. The views are spectacular and it is a wonderful place to unwind, particularly if you treked up to this area, highly recommended :-) If driving just be aware that the road is narrow, if walking from Orebić the trek is great exercise particularly if you take the route through the forest and past the monastery, if it's a hot day don't forget water and...
