La Bocca Beach Bar — Restaurant in Općina Sukošan

Good place to hang out with the family while visiting the beach, which is about 10m from the outdoor tables so you can watch the kids paddling while you have a drink.

There's a little play room at the back with toys, handy if it rains (like it did for us today!). There's an ice cream bar (soft whippy style) and next door there's a pizza/burger bar (and the pizzas are nice Italian style). There's also a big inflatable assault course type thing on the water, it's 11E for 30 mins or just 13E for an hour, cheaper than the one down the coast at Zadar.

Music is Euro house type stuff like many beach bars in Croatia seem to play, so just bear that in mind if it does...

We have been three persons and have ordered six cocktails all together. Our first cocktail was quite good, so each of us decided to drink another one. The problems have started with the waiter: he didn't even look around for payment or other orders. So we went to the counter and ordered our second cocktails. I've been visiting Sukošan since I was little for over 12 years when La Bocca was not even here. Since they built it it is much more pleasant place, u don't have to walk 100 meters to the nearest "bar" anymore and it is definitely awesome that they even provide WiFi on the beach. Prices are just OK and even ice cream is this year great. And food right next to it, delicious....
