Esentepe Restaurant — Restaurant in Çatalköy-Esentepe Belediyesi

What a restaurant , they should call it Esentepe thick-head restaurant , the service was so awful I found it funny, we didn't even have anything to eat , just had drinks, their waiters and staff are all children, no joke , CHILDREN! anyway so we sat down at our table, we asked for a baby chair , for my cousin, well you would not guess, how many they have , wanna guess? , they had ONE baby chair, they said there is nothing they can do about it , with an attitude like we should of brought it, anyway we asked for our drinks , we asked for two lime sodas (cordial) , they said they have to ask , we could see the lime cordial on the shelf , it looked gone offffffff! For everything we asked , they had to go and ask , literally for everything, I was Tempted to ask them of their ages and they have to go and ask lol, anyway after that comedy show, we got frustrated and irritated and wanted to leave , we payed the bill, and left ,we swore to god to never...

A nice place, which is fantastic value. The food was really good for the price and the location was great, with lovely views over the island to the sea. It doesn't try to be "fine dining" and is quite rustic, but it had a lovely, friendly atmosphere, the food was tasty and there was plenty of it. We went at around 7pm and were one of the first there and so the service was great. It got a lot busier around 8pm so I can't speak for the service when busier. Since the take over, the food quality has DROPPED from 5 Star to 1 Star.

Their portion size has dropped significantly so much less, the people are not attentive, the table layout no longer exists, the mezzes are tasteless, there is heavy smoking in the restaurant (closed environment).

Further more the meat was smelling so bad, the meat was very hard on teeth…

The only good thing I can say is - the fries were good and the view...
