Waiters think customers are idiots.
Today, November 9th, the waitress brought takeout pizza boxes VERTICALLY, and when she saw me, she flipped them horizontally. The whole pizza was in a crumpled heap, which is understandable, but she insisted everything was fine.
I asked her to pass the pizza and bring a new one. She said OK, 5 minutes, and ran off.
Then I came back, and the pizza was already on the counter. The boxes weren't HOT, which means it wasn't a new pizza, but an old one.
The second waiter said, "Your pizza, take it."
Of course, I opened the box to look. And sure enough, it was an old pizza that they'd tried to stretch out again from the pile. It didn't work out well.
They were simply trying to trick me and sell me an old, spoiled, cold pizza. This is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers, who are truly treated like idiots.
Restaurant and Sun Valley management, please pay attention to the reviews. You urgently need to replace your staff with trained professionals.

We booked this place for New Year's Eve (2025) with my friend, his wife, and their little daughter. We each paid around 4000 TL (about £100) for the night, and it was worth every penny.
The food and snacks were diverse and delicious, and they served unlimited champagne throughout the night. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
What truly stood out was the restaurant manager — he came over several times, played with my friend’s daughter, and kept her entertained. That thoughtful and kind gesture is something I’ll never forget.

Terrible service! Our table of four were the only customers. After 25 minutes, we had to ask to order. Asked several times for a bottle of wine, only to be told yes yes, then given a glass. When ordering, the waiter walked off after taking only three orders and had to be called back for the fourth person. Pretty sure the sea bass wasn’t even sea bass. The place was freezing, never thought I would be too cold in 34* heat! Cat constantly wandering round the restaurant making one of our party sneeze constantly.
