Tuncay'ın Yeri Restaurant — Restaurant in Çatalköy-Esentepe Belediyesi

Went for dinner, 4 adults 3 children (3, 1 and 5 month old). Nobody at front of house to greet us and show us to our table, waited a few minutes before a waited finally come over to seat us. The waiters were friendly and accomodating. We ordered 2 mixed grills, lamb chops, calamari and chicken shish for the kids, all advertised with chips as sides on the menu. They brought us out mixed mezes while waiting for our mains, which were nice. When the mains arrived, the portions were very small. With the mixed grills you got 4 small pieces of lamb shish, 4 small pieces of chicken shish, 1 lamb chop, 1 sheftali & 1 kofte. The lamb chops meal arrived with 3 very small chops, never enough to fill the belly of a toddler, let alone an adult. The calamari was 8 pieces which was an OK portion, flavour below average. The mains arrived (although advertised as coming with chips), with 1 plate of chips for everybody to share, which frankly only sufficient for 1 maybe 2 adults at a push. The chicken shish meal (for the kids) came with its own portion of chips, and the chicken was nice.

All in all, the meat served for the mixed grills & the chops was very nice, but the portions were laughable.

Definitely will not be going back, and would...

Seriously if this one of the "best places" they have to offer on this side I don't want to imagine how is the worst. Fries from at least 2 days ago re re re fried on the same oil...meat definitely not fresh or cooked the moment i ordered it, nothing to drink by glass, and the worst cats everywhere climbing on the empty tables touching the plates and cutlery which then you as a customer have to use to eat! The waitress are doing nothing to keep the tables clean...oh and many...

Benim için tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Gördümki buradaki yorumlar samimi değil. Öncelikle mutfaktakilere teşekkür ederim, lezzette bir sorun yoktu yanlışlığa sebebiyet vermeyelim. AMA Menü içeriğine aldanmayın çoğu yok, yerine limon bir meze domates bir meze salatalık başka bir meze gibi sunum var. Miktar yok denecek kadar az ordövr tabağı hak getire. Limon meze diye verilirmi yazacağım bak bunu dediğimde Şef Sadık'ın yaklaşımı ise çok düşündürücü. Dün akşam burada 150 kişi vardı ne yazarsan yaz umurumda değil, patron böyle istiyor dedi. Bunu diyen işletmede Perşembe günü saat 21:00 de bi biz vardık, birde yan masada bir bey amca. Dün 150 kişi bugün 2... Sadık şefe göre Limonu meze diye sun diyen patronun dikkatine. Mesela paylaştığım görseldeki mezeler 8 kişilik, o derece yani...! Diğer çok ama çok önemli hijyen ile ilgili bir konu dilerim yanlış düşünmüşümdür ama, tavuklu mezenin içinden çok sayıda zeytin çekirdeği çıktı acaba bu çekirdekler nereden gelmiştir??? Umarım aklıma gelen değildir. Son olarak benim güvenimi kaybettikleri için şef Sadık ve ekibi orada olduğu müddetçe kolay kolay bir daha gitmem. Fiyatları hesap ederken başka yerde kebabın yanındaki garnitür ve ikramların burada meze olarak...
