We had a really enjoyable experience at this seaside restaurant and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for good food in a relaxing, coastal setting.

The location itself is beautiful — right by the sea, with a calming view and a nice breeze that made the whole atmosphere feel fresh and laid-back. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, take your time, and really enjoy your meal without feeling rushed.

We tried several dishes and were genuinely impressed with both the quality and portion sizes. The fried calamari was a standout — perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not overly greasy. It paired really well with the fresh, hand-cut fries, which had just the right amount of crunch.

We also ordered both chicken and pork souvlaki. The meat was nicely seasoned and grilled to perfection — juicy and flavorful, served with pita, sauces, and some fresh sides. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and you could tell they use quality ingredients.

Service was friendly and attentive. The staff made us feel welcome without being overbearing, and the food came out in good time, even though the place was fairly busy.

As for pricing, it felt very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. Definitely great value for money, especially given the location by the sea.

All in all, this was a lovely dining experience. Great food, pleasant atmosphere, good service, and fair prices — can’t ask for much more! We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re...

What can I say, absolutely brilliant and a class act by Kyri and his wonderful team.

I had to leave my villa at 1000 in the morning and my flight wasn’t till 2100 at night.

Last minute I reached out to Bonamare Beach Bar. Within 10/15 minutes I get a positive response. I could literally come down, chill all day and enjoy the beach/sun, grab food and drinks, bags safe and it’s a safe friendly environment and was able to shower prior to grabbing a taxi to the airport all relaxed.

On arrival the ladies were lovely and made me feel welcome. I know people just say nice things as we are generally polite but honestly, it felt very natural and they were amazing.

I left my bags with the ladies as I hit the beach all day.

I was given a portable charger for the day free.

I was so happy and can’t thank them enough.

It was great to meet the manager Kyri later, top guy. He even offered to drive me to the airport for free, that’s the genuine help and feeling welcome you get.

I had a delicious pizza and couple of corona to wash it down.

Great place for anyone in my situation to head here and relax before your flight. Good food and drink great prices, shower is €1 euro for around 2mins (I used €3).

Loved my Cyprus trip and this was the final touch.

Highly recommend, even if you want to go chill for a sunset or early check outs. Go relax there as you are right near the airport.
