Paliomylos restaurant is an absolute hidden gem. If you are ever driving through this way in Cyprus you must stop in around 9pm for a traditional buffet meal. Once you are seated and the waiter takes your drinks order, you are free to fill your plate with the dishes on offer at the buffet. Emily's (Late Mother-in-Law) favourite restaurant. Mainly frequented by locals, it's a buffet style restaurant that does great Cypriot food. I'm pretty sure that over the year's it's got better. It's like having Meze but you chose what goes on your plates.
