Pit Stop by Lazarou — Restaurant in Germasogeia

Good food but very bad delivery experience. The restaurant is always late — you’re lucky if you get your order in under an hour, even if you live just 10 minutes away. In my last two orders, I didn’t receive my soft drink even though I paid for it, and in a previous order they sent pastourma instead of sausage. They constantly make these small mistakes, and it’s not worth the trouble to reorder or complain every time — but when it happens almost every order, it gets tiring. They even cancel orders sometimes with the excuse, “sorry, tonight we are too busy.”

I really hope the owners see this comment, because it’s a shame for a restaurant with such a good reputation to make so many...

Ordered at a completely non peak time, delivery was here in 30 minutes, arrived cold and stiff. Arrived early but cold, which means mine wasn't cooked on order.
