The view to the bright blue sea is beautiful, waiter was friendly. The food however, is the worst I have ever eaten in any restaurant. In the “seafood assortment” set which I chose and which sounded nice in the menu, in reality it ended up being just a crabstick salad, a bunch of (some of them sour, not fresh) sauces, some olives and carrots and soggy, flavorless, pale looking deep fried squid. Next to it a bland, overly vinegary salad. For the price point I was expecting a place which could pride itself in the usage of local, top notch fresh seafood but instead, it was obvious that all the entrées were from a jar, not even fresh and the hot appetizers and main course were simply frozen, supermarket packaged foods deep fried and thrown to the plate. Was I a chef I’d feel ashamed sending this kind of food out to the customers. It was so bad that I left without even wanting the dessert, I just wanted to get out so I took away the main course (ended throwing it away later) and left most appetizers untouched after the first few bites (and I’m not picky with food in general). Very poor service and zero professionalism.

We ordered something, and although the staff didn’t understand English, one of the girls said she would bring it. We waited, finished our food, and she disappeared completely — never brought what we asked for.

When we followed up with another waiter, they couldn’t understand us either. So we asked to speak to the manager. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the manager said: “What do you want now? We have sweets and ice cream.” — as if we were just being annoying.

I had to literally say, “I’m complaining about your service, and telling you that this is unacceptable,” just to get a half-hearted apology.

Good things about this place: Food is really nice. Waiters are trying to do their best to serve clients. Bad things: Be ready to wait for your meal more than 1 hour. We didn’t get 2 meals. We just left the place. No excuses from manager. The situation looks normal for him. Too many flies. Territory around restaurant is full of garbage (plastic bottles, broken furniture).
