My first impression of Osman Ağa Kültür Evi was pure wonder. This is not just a place — it’s a meeting point of history, culture, and the rich culinary heritage of Turkish Cyprus.
We came for the Cypriot Supreme Breakfast, and it was truly an experience: a wide variety of fresh breads and pastries, homemade jams, honey, butter, and an impressive selection of cheeses — all served with care and generosity. It’s not just a meal here — it’s a celebration of taste and time.
What truly stood out was the atmosphere for families and children. On Saturday, there was animation for kids, a dedicated playground, and plenty of open space for running, playing, and exploring. It’s rare to find a place where both adults and children feel equally welcomed and inspired.
Osman Ağa also hosts regular workshops — from clay sculpting and painting to eco-bag decoration and other creative crafts. You’ll also find a curated collection of antique treasures, each with its own story and soul.
And if you wish to stay longer — you can book a room at the charming mini-hotel on-site. With only four rooms, each thoughtfully furnished with antique pieces, the atmosphere is intimate, timeless, and full of character.
This is a place where time slows down — where every moment feels meaningful. You simply want to stay, to breathe, to be.
We wholeheartedly recommend visiting if you ever find yourself in Northern Cyprus. Osman Ağa Kültür Evi is a place that lingers in your heart — and gently...
Read moreAwesome restaurant where we’ve just celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with relatives coming from 5 different countries and with our 20 months old son. We’ve all had the “fixed menu”, a set menu that includes a wide selection of meze, grilled meats as mains and a dessert. Everything was delicious and everyone loved the food , as well as the three different Turkish wines that we’ve had. The ambience is lovely, with an annexed botanical garden and a rural, traditional feeling both indoors and outdoors. We happened to stay in a villa that was at walking distance from this restaurant but we selected it looking at all restaurants in driving range from where we’re staying, it’s definitely worth a dinner even if you have to drive for over 30 minutes to get there. Hugely...
Read moreWe spent 3 nights at Osman Aga and wished we could stay longer. The food was excellent, but even more memorable was the family feeling – Osman’s warm welcome, caring service, and the beauty of the paradise garden. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a home. The small gym and relaxing yoga classes were a perfect addition, making our stay both peaceful and...
