Goody's — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

Horrible! We waited 1 hour in a line (ok we knew it’s gonna be like that, so no problem with that), BUT it took em 40min to cook a burger. And yeah they also completely forgot about my order. But ok this 40 min are understandable, because the meat was disgusting, it was way overcooked and was more of a charcoal than a meat (now I get why it took em 40 min to make it). Half of the menu is just missing. Now about staff, the worse part of this place is staff, very unprofessional, rude and slow! (At least the manager seems to be a nice guy). Conclusion: is the food good - no! (It’s not bad but it’s not wow or even good), staff- horrible, nothing else to say (i get that it’s their first day etc. but like they re not even trying (as I saw it)). Honest review. Recently I was in Athens for a few days and I tried after probably 2 decades, the famous fast food from my childhood. I had the pleasure to try the Meat Free Burger and it was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection, not burned, juicy, tasty and all of these without meat. So after I came back to Cyprus I tried the same burger from Goody's Limassol. It was the exact opposite. The bans had bad texture and were not cooked, the burger was overcooked and dry and it was one of the worst I ever tried. How is it possible to destroy a good product so easily? Are they different products from Greece? Or is it just the cooking process in Limassol faulty? By the way, the electronic ordering was not working and had to wait long to give an order. The preparation was also longer than the one in Greece. Not that it's not edible or the worst burger around but for sure it's not up to the expectations. First mistake was not checking the reviews before going here to try Goodys for the first time.

Second was when walking in and the place was empty during lunch time. The staff really don't seem that they like working there.

The food came out in a reasonable time but that's the only positive, the fries were luke warm but when I took a bite of my burger I had to spit it out, again this was only the slightest hint of warm. The Chicken fillet nuggets were over cooked and the fries luke warm so again not great.

Sent my burger back to be redone hot, to be fair the second one was nice and hot along with the fries.

When finished I went to use the toilet and this was the final nail, one of the urinals was blocked, overflowing, leaking urineall over the floor and waste paper all around.
