Τα σουβλάκια από τον Νίκο συνόδευσαν με τον πιο νόστιμο τρόπο την οικογενειακό συναπάντημα που είχαμε στο πατρικό μου στο Καιμακλί. Είχα να παραγγείλω από τον ΝΙκό σουβλάκια για 13 άτομα, το κάθε ένα με την δικές του προτιμήσεις. Όλα κύλησαν άψογα σε όλες τις φάσεις, κάτι που φάνηκε και στο αποτέλεσμα.
