Very relaxed, informal environment. From our first step in, we were welcomed. Came here for a late lunch, so it as very quiet at the time, just what we wanted though. The hummus, tzanziki and loukaniko were amazing, a lot better than what is served by other restaurants. I think it's the extra touch of garlic... I love garlic. I ordered the spare ribs, which are basted with a delicious sauce, they come with a side of fries and an extra little cup of BBQ sauce. The lettuce leaf is a nice touch, i used it to wipe the sauce from my mouth and fingers. Do much more environmentally friendly than paper. Second dish ordered was the salmon. Served on a bed of seasoned baked veg, would highly recommend. I would definitely visit here again if I'm in the area. Food was great, reasonably priced and service...

We had a nice meal at Platia. I've been there twice. One time we had falafel, and chicken kebab and also fish and chips and scampi. I think the falafel and chicken kebab were better.

The decor is fun, with loads of items from various alcohol companies, movies and more. Even a suit of armour! Big screens show live football, there's a pool table, pinball machine and lots of seating indoors and outdoors

The staff were very friendly and attentive.

I'm sure it gets busy on weekends, but it was very quiet on a Monday evening!

We ordered mix kebab, other grilled meat, calamari rings and pasta prawns. Pasta was full of cream, without any taste, prawns were overcooked and with full shrimp shell. Mixed grill included one small piece of meat and three other meatballs, disapointing. When the waiter asked if everything is fine and we said that the pasta was not good and we did not eat it, he offered something instead, we asked for a portion of fries, which were added to the bill, as Well as pasta.
