I'll start positively - the speed of service during dinner was a big surprise considering the number of guests (practically no waiting). That concludes the positive section. Although you're at a winery, don't expect a wine list for dinner. If you're staying in the building by the pool, don't count on sleep, as the disco operates until 6 in the morning, and you're sleeping right above it. We organized a bachelorette party here in 2022 for a friend because at the time it seemed like a great idea (wellness, wine, disco, all under one roof). We finished our stay on Sunday, cleaned up confetti and everything from the room, essentially returning it to the state we received it in. However, what followed in the next week was probably unexpected by anyone. On Monday afternoon (practically the day after check-out), we received a call from the reception claiming that we had damaged the bed, and they were deducting 5,400 CZK from our card. We immediately transferred the money from our card, so the winery couldn't deduct anything. Subsequently, we received an email from the reception stating that they were issuing an invoice for the same amount and asking us to pay it. We started demanding a more detailed explanation, and they sent us photos of the dented bed visibly from the bottom (as can be seen in the attached photos). It's truly puzzling that the whole communication happened this way and how seriously it violates the winery's terms and conditions. The company's management should properly train the reception staff according to their terms and conditions, which clearly state that the accommodation provider will cancel the payment preauthorization on the last day of the guest's stay. This clearly doesn't happen, and the winery still has access to your card even after your stay ends. Furthermore, their conditions refer to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI), but here they're resolving it by immediately sending an invoice and threatening with the police. The whole situation seemed to us as if something got damaged during moving, and the reception was just waiting for a group of young people to check into the room, so they could charge them for this damage. A warning to everyone: if you come to this winery, inspect the furniture upon arrival and thoroughly check every piece. You might end up leaving your vacation with a charged bed on your card. We've handed the entire matter over to a lawyer, who was supposed to be contacted by the winery owner (at least that's the latest information we received from the reception), but to this day, nobody has...

Read moreThe place is clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was OK although I would expect more. The food in the restaurant was quite nice although small choice on the menu. The draft Pilsner Urquell was well tapped. The location is beautiful and the staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a venue for a hen party, stag do or corporate event this might be the place for you. Especially if you prefer a shiny veneer over a quality and substance.||This place will be ideal for a lot of people but if i knew what this place was I would not have booked it. I expected a relaxing stay in a vineyard with quality wine and food. The reality is the standard is not that high and I don't think any wine is produced on site. This is more like "DisneyMoravia". There is a car park for about 200 cars and seating in the restaurant for 250 people. The shop has loads of wine piled high but I suspect it is bought from operational vineyards. There is also a "retro" disco that goes on until 4 or 5am. If you are really lucky then your neighbours might continue the party on the terrace after the disco closes and thoughtfully wake you and your family up at the crack of dawn with shouting and loud music. If you are into that sort of thing you might rate this an 8+. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with family, or just want a slice of luxury then I would suggest looking elsewhere, maybe somewhere they actually produce wine! I didn't realise a place like this existing in the Moravia wine region and I will be more careful...
