I stumbled upon this hidden gem in the heart of Brno, and I'm so glad I did! As a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I was blown away by the authenticity and flavors of this restaurant.

From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel like we were in Hanoi, not Brno. The decor was beautifully designed, with traditional Vietnamese elements and vibrant colors.

But the real star of the show was the food. We ordered the Pho and Goi Cuon, and each dish was expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were bold, fresh, and aromatic, with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy.

The service was also top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Like it's 3 or 4 neighbours, this clean, no frills, eaterie on the upper level is the real deal - certainly for Brno it is and well worth leaving the beaten track for. Chodíme už zhruba 7 let, takže skoro od začátku..tenkrat to bylo ještě maličké bistro pro několik lidí na tržnici. A za tu dobu pořád jednoznačně nejlepší Phở Bo v Brně!!! Prostě od "paní Ahoj" 😍 Maso se vždy rozpadá a málokdy je třeba nějak polévku dochucovat. A můžete si dát i menší porci pro menší hlad či místo na něco dalšího ze skvělého a pestrého menu. Výborné jsou také smažené závitky jako menu s nudlemi Bun nem rán anebo tradiční hovězí salát Bún bò Nam Bộ nebo grilovaný bůček Bún chả. Všeho jídla je vždy dost a je vždy čerstvé, už kvůli vysoké frekvenci hostů se kuchyň nezastaví. Navíc vše za dobré ceny. Obsluha je nejmilejší ze všech restaurací na světě..No fakt nepřeháním, takovou ochotu a přívětivost kdyby projevoval personál všude..to by bylo něco! Dnes se přestěhovali i se svými sousedy do nových prostor budovy naproti a nijak to nemělo vliv na kvalitu kuchyně, prostor pro sezení se všeobecně zvětšil a také přibylo několik jídel v nabídce. Takže ani nevadí že to trochu ztratilo ten street food styl. Prostě na vietnam v Brně vždy...
