Pivnice U Kohoutů — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

I couldn't really complain when I went there in the evening with friends. But once I went there with my family to have a lunch - it was a different story. We have a 2 years old son, who is really curious and he touched the glass which is placed in front of the beer barrels. My wife of course held him right-away. One of the staff members was really rude and the first thing he said to my wife was, that "he'll bring her a cloth and she'll have to polish the glass!" I'm not really oversensitive, but I suppose this could have been handled in a more polite way - it really wasn't intentional from our side. I can say easily one of the most tasty pubs in Brno. Decent place, very good quality of food and wide variety. The place inside is very clean and spotless I would say. We had Gulas and Rooster plus soup in the beginning and was absolutely stunning. Also the service was very polite, unfortunately I didn’t had to speak in English with them so I am not sure if the attitude they had was only because we were speaking Czech but they were very nice. My first time there but definitely not the last. Kudos to the whole team, and hope you keep up...

Včera sme chceli mať v podniku menšiu firemnú oslavu. Prišli sme pár minút pred 14h., teda chvíľu pred skončením doby meníčok. Ako jediná som si nevybrala z denného nemu a poprosila o jedálny lístok, na čo pani servírka veľmi nepríjemným a arogantným spôsobom odvetila, že oni majú predvarené meníčka a z jedálneho lístku nemajú nič predpripravené, že to bude trvať minimálne 45 min. Nechápala som kde je problém a prečo ten odporný tón. S dlhším čakaním som samozrejme počítala, navyše okrem nás boli v reštaurácií len ďalší 4 ľudia a na webových stránkach je jasne napísané, že je možnosť výberu z celodenní nabídky. Chcela som si objednať niečo bez masa na čo som dostala veľmi znechuteným tónom odpoveď: "Tohle je masová pivnice, tady nevaříme pro dietaře!". Pritom v lístu je niekoľko bezmasích jídel... Jedla som tu už viac krát, jedlo bolo vždy chutné a v poriadku, každopádne správanie obsluhy nám skazil celkový dojem i atmosféru. Keby sa nejednalo o oslavu mojich narozenin tak sa na mieste zdvihnem a odídem....

Jedlo nám nakoniec doniesli do 10 min. Doteraz nechápem načo bola tá scéna okolo toho dobrá a aké komplexy si na mne pani servírka potrebovala vybiť, takéto správanie som nezažila ani v...
