Restaurant Balaton Rožany — Restaurant in okres Děčín

This review is a reaction towards another review from 6.4.2024 from a user called "pia schuster". I have been sitting on another table close to yours and have been noticing your behaviour. You wrote about the "incompetency" of the staff (the waiter or waitresses I believe.) but you didn't write about your rude and horrific behaviour towards the entire restaurant INCLUDING staff. You didn't ask anybody and you started rearranging their tables, you weren't nice towards the waitress, you even laughed when they brought you something that was meant for our table and had the audacity to make a bad review because they screwed your order. And I've actually seen the waiter spilling a very tiny amount of beer on one of your folks and I would never call it a problem. YOU made it a problem. I would not make this review, but I just couldn't stand seeing your lies. Everybody visiting this restaurant, don't be afraid, the staff is cool, competent and if any accident ever happens, well, god, we are all alike aren't we? Stop being so dramatic... Food is 10/10,...

Restauraci Balaton si vybíráme a navštěvujeme opakovaně . Vždy jsme odcházeli spokojení. Kuchyně je opravdu výborná – porce velké, jídlo chutné a vždy krásně naservírované. Je vidět, že jim na kvalitě opravdu záleží. Patří k našim oblíbeným zastávkám po cestě.

Co se ale bohužel opakuje, je rozdílná úroveň obsluhy podle směny. Zatímco někteří číšníci a servírky jsou velmi milí, usměvaví a pozorní, jindy narazíme na obsluhu, která působí otráveně, bez zájmu a bez jediného úsměvu. A to kazí celkový dojem z jinak velmi příjemného prostředí. Naposledy (úterý 20. května) to bylo obzvlášť znát – chladný přístup, žádná vstřícnost, pohled na servírku - jako by nás tam snad ani nechtěli.

Je to škoda, protože jídlo i prostředí restaurace jsou na opravdu vysoké úrovni. Ale obsluha je často tím, co rozhoduje, zda se člověk bude těšit na další návštěvu. Doufáme, že si toho vedení všimne, protože Balaton má potenciál být dokonalý – a my bychom se sem rádi vraceli vždy s...

Bisher war es hier immer sehr gut, nun sind wir schon 2x richtig reingefallen. Letztens war das Personal richtig unfreundlich das Essen war in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht in der Qualität wie wir es sonst gewohnt waren. Heute Abend war alles dabei, Personal mäßig freundlich, die selbstgemachte Limonade im kaputten Krug und ohne Gläser - die habe ich mir dann selber geholt nach 2x nachfragen. Die Vorspeise noch innen gefroren (gebackener Blumenkohl), das Steak zäh, das Schmugglerschnitzel innen kalt, alle 4 Essen waren grundsätzlich nur mäßig warm. Die Pommes mäßig, die Nachbestellung von 2 Getränken dauerte lange und als das Bier endlich ankam war die Blume nicht mehr zu...
