Koliba Valaška — Restaurant in okres Nový Jičín

My father and I visited the restaurant yesterday for pre-dinner drink. We were drawn in by the phenomenal view from the porch. Hands down the best view in Pustevny.

We liked the view and the service so much we returned later for dinner. There was a long wait for our meal because of some issues in the kitchen but we were in no rush so it didn't matter. When we finally received our halušky and strapačky it was melt in your mouth good and well worth the wait.

The only thing I would caution is that they stop seating at 7pm. I don't know if this is only during the summer...

Nice traditional building, slightly set back from the other restaurants along the main path. Stunning view from the terrace. Very friendly and efficient service. Great restaurant at the top of Pustevny situared near the upper station of the lift. Staff is nice and quick. Their menu is quite local and prices high which is understandable under the given locazion but still surprising and the portions are quite small.
