Hotel Signal — Restaurant in okres Pardubice

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, separate storage area and bathroom with great shower, nice decor and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every day during our 9 day stay and it was varied and plentiful. We also had dinner in the restaurant a few times, which was excellent and reasonable. The room had air con and we enjoyed our stay very much. ||My daughter was competing at the Czech open chess tournament in Pardubice and the bus stop was very convenient and 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. We took the 11 and 13 everyday, which took 12 minutes to the centre and cost 20czk per person (65p). If we return to Pardubice, we would stay here again.||Only negative was smoking in the bar/restaurant but we were pleased that there was a separate area for non-smokers. |We knew from other reviews that no hair dryer was provided, so we brought our own but this might be useful to provide...

Very clean and spacious room especially considering the fact that it was very cheap. Free WiFi in the bedroom. Good location for cycling and a couple of supermarkets locally. it is not centrally located in Pardubice but the centre is easily reached by bike (and I suspect bus but we didn't use them). There is a bus stop close the hotel which i believe takes you to the train station from where you can take the frequent trains to Prague if you want. We went for the cycling which was in the main flat and safe. Lovely restaurant and very cheap. You have your own entrance to the hotel rooms. The slight problem with that is that we were only given one key so had to ask for the door to be opened when we returned individually - not really a problem as staff were so...

I was born and raised in Pardubice and have been staying at Signal every time I visit since I accidentally discovered it a few years ago. It is a perfect place for a brief or a longer stay. The rooms are bright, spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The accommodation is located above a pub, which is well separated and serves tasty food. The entire experience of staying at Hotel Signal is wonderful yet inexpensive. |PS: Looking at the hotel's Website, their address is different from the one listed here on TA.
