Restaurace Aldrovka — Restaurant in okres Semily

I am just reviewing the restaurant. I've been here four times since it opened, not because I had a reason to return because I was satisfied with the service, but because I often visit Vitkovice and I was curious to see how Aldrovka's concept would work. Specifically, I wondered if something similar could work in a town like Vitkovice. The reality is that the restaurant is usually empty, and even when it's empty, you have to wait a long time for food. In my experience, the food was also cold (e.g. soup, duck). The taste is nothing special, but not bad. However, for this category of restaurant, you expect more; for the price, the service should be better than cold and very lean food, without a creative menu like during the holidays. The staff try, but lack experience with higher category restaurant concepts. Communication with reception is confused; they don't know what's on the menu, what's included and what's not. The transfer of information from reception to the restaurant is terrible. The only thing I appreciate is the ambience of the restaurant, it's very nice. Overall, the value for money is a disaster. A restaurant like this wouldn't survive in Prague. I wish the restaurant success, but I would recommend that they consider changing the concept, lowering the category by one star and focusing on bringing the service in line with the category of the restaurant. Warnung! Lebensmittelvergiftung! Verunreinigtes Essen! (mehr im Folgetext)

Wir waren Hotelgäste und haben das Restaurant mehrmals besucht. Vor allem weil zu unserer Reisezeit keine anderen Restaurants geöffnet hatten.

Unter der Woche ist das Restaurant leer, der Service war dementsprechend gut. Allerdings hat man hier schon ausgerechnet das Kindermenü vergessen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Preise für tschechische Verhältnisse gehoben. Ambiente fantastisch. Ein modern und stilsicher gestalteter Raum, der zudem gemütlich ist. Für Eltern absolutes Highlight die große Spielecke mit angrenzender Chill-Lounge am Kaminfeuer. Insgesamt sehr kinderfreundlich. Es gibt auch mehrere Kinderstühle.

Am Wochenende ist der Platz nicht ausreichend für alle Gäste und das Personal unterbesetzt. Wir wurden zunächst umgesetzt weil der Tisch reserviert war. Dies war nicht kenntlich gemacht. Wir haben weitere 20min gewartet ohne dass jemand eine Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Wir sind deshalb wieder gegangen.

Am letzten Abend haben wir uns leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen. Mein Mann hat Ente gegessen und musste sich die Nacht mehrmals übergeben. Ich habe Salat gegessen und hatte Durchfall. 3 weitere Tage Magen-Darm... Da es bereits eine Rezension gibt, die auf Lebensmittelverunreinigung hindeutet, sollte hier dringend etwas unternommen werden!!!

Ich möchte hiermit andere Gäste warnen und vergebe deshalb nur einen Stern. So etwas darf einfach nicht passieren! Obwohl das Restaurant mehr Sterne...

Restaurace se pyšní příjemným prostředím a dobrým servisem. Avšak naše zkušenost s obsluhou a především s kvalitou podávaných pokrmů nesplnila očekávání. V rámci večerní návštěvy jsme si objednali čtyři hlavní chody a jeden předkrm. Jako předkrm byl podáván uzený jazyk, který z celé nabídky vynikal nejvíce a byl kvalitní. Následně podané čtyři hlavní pokrmy však nenašly u nás odezvu. Při objednávce burgeru se číšník nezeptal na preferovaný stupeň propečení, což vyústilo v nemožnost konzumace burgeru tradičním způsobem díky jeho nadměrné velikosti. Maso burgeru bylo příliš propečené a suché, přiložené hranolky nebyly ničím výjimečné. Hovězí líčka byla z hlediska kvality masa uspokojivá, avšak celková chuť jídla byla nevýrazná. Telecí řízek se vyznačoval tuhostí a chybějící chutí, zatímco vídeňský salát byl relativně uspokojivý. Krkovice byla sice jemná, ale podobně jako ostatní pokrmy postrádala výraznější chuť, což platilo i pro přiložené knedlíky. Ačkoliv jídla vizuálně působila atraktivně, chuťově byla mdlá a neodpovídala renomé ani cenové úrovni restaurace. S ohledem na omezenou nabídku hlavních jídel bychom očekávali, že každý pokrm bude pečlivě připraven a chutný. V konkurenčním prostředí velkoměsta by měla tato restaurace potíže se udržet.
