Burger Bar — Restaurant in Prague

On 12/31 around 3pm, my family and I visited Burger Bar. I ordered a cheeseburger and once my food came I immediately started eating my food as my husband fed our son. I noticed my meat was pink but, being from out of the country (USA), I thought it may be the way it was supposed to be. As I ate more it became pinker and pinker. Then my husband bit into his with no signs of pink. That's when I realized my burger was undercooked. I brought it to the server's attention. He confirmed it was in fact raw then took my plate. But stated " you already ate too much" then rolled his eyes and walked away with my plate. He never came back until it was time to pay the bill. His colleagues took turns walking by my table smirking and shaking their heads as If I did something wrong. It was not obvious it was raw until the very end. No apologies, no explanation. He just repeated "we cannot do anything because you ate too much." I said you all should be embarrassed serving customer's raw food. I was not asking for free food, I did not want anything more after this. But I did expect someone to act like they cared. We paid for our food, including my raw burger, and left. If you’re looking to get your hands on some of the best burgers in the Prague area, this is your place. They have a bunch of options for burgers and some other foods as well. The unique thing is that you don’t get the burger on a plate, but in a wooden crate. It’s not necessary but a welcome addition. Just beside the burgers on the menu they recommend which beer to order with it. What makes it a perfect family spot as well is that it has a rather small bowling spot next to the restaurant. The only negatives are that the bowling is a little outdated and not a lot of other options on the food menu other than burger and some meat. But you wouldn’t even visit a place called “Burger Bar” if you don’t like...

Great restaurant very close to the beautiful Divoka Sarka. I have eaten here twice and had my wedding ceremony/party here (more on that on the hotel page). The place is in basement, but there is a pretty garden outside.

The food was always delicious, medium-rare steak was cooked with absolute precision and the wedding buffet was simply perfect.

They serve Unetice and Pilsner beer, so this part is also very enjoyable.

The staff was always attentive and friendly and during our wedding simply amazing.
