Never again - we reserved a table for a birthday dinner for 12. The manager, Adriana, promised us, that the kids could play, no work by the Pavillion, all will be fine. We arrived the next day at 4 pm. No table provided, playground blocked for the kids, no person feels responsible. We were waiting in the full sun for some action. Finally they got done very dirty tables, carried by some very smelly workers, the dirt was covered with some damaged blankets. The glasses and the cutlery was placed without accuracy. The whole service was a mess. Pizzas were served nearly cold and not at the same time. We had to ask for service if we got thirsty, to get something. There are much better restaurants in Targoviste, like the Toscany for example. Never again. Mistakes could happen, no problem, but you should then try your best to repair it... Lower than average food, bad service, no excuse...
