亚洲花园Jardin D’Asie — Restaurant in Gombe

I went to this restaurant a few days ago. If I could give zero stars I would. The service was terrible and the manager was absolutely the worse. We made a reservation for 5 people and the table was not ready. They made us stand and wander around a long while. And when we were finally seated they only had 3 chairs and the rest of our party had to stand. We saw them sitting other people while we were there standing. No one came to ask us if we needed help and there was no updates on the chairs. Until we decided to leave, the manager (a woman) she rudely asked if we were leaving and we said yes. Instead of asking us why, she went on to shout why are they leaving. She was really rude and ruined our whole experience. Her and her team really need to learn how to treat customers. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, one of my worst experiences at a restaurant here...

We made a reservation, but waited 10 minutes for a table to be available but the waiteress said that it was for 15 people - a lie to your face, that was for 4 people. We continued to wait and ended up sitting at a small coffee table. There were two tables there, but they took one away, maybe they thought a coffee table of 80 cm would be enough for the four of us. Very disappointed. We tried to keep good mood, didn't want to spoil the first dinner in 2023. We ordered 4 French dishes, and ate in the dark with wet chair cushions. Food and service were mediocre, prices were high, no cruet, no napkins of any kind. One star for the good view. But No desire to take pictures. Please be nice to each of...

Gérante très invivable, hautaine, pas du tout accueillante, ne sait même pas parler aux clients. La gérante gâche même le plaisir de profiter de la belle vue dont le lieu bénéficie.

Pour la petite histoire : Mes amies et moi avions une réservation pour 5 place, ils nous donnent une table avec 3 places et laissent le reste du groupe debout pendant un minimum de 20' sans même passer pour nous rassurer que le reste de chaises arrive ou nous proposer un menu de boissons au moins. Finalement on se décide de partir et la dame gérante dit mais "elles partent pourquoi elles ?" Une d'entre nous répond malheureusement en expliquant que tout ce temps personne ne s'occupe de notre cas et la dame gérante dit "Ok" Sincèrement je ne recommanderai pas le restaurant juste à cause de ce service mal géré...
