I stayed at this place with my family for a couple of days in November last year. While our stay at the hotel and restaurant was decent, the customer service afterwards was extremely disappointing. My son left his jacket at the hotel, and despite dozens of phone calls and even transferring money to cover shipping costs, the jacket was never returned. The restaurant is located in a VERY beautiful area, the classic and fancy design of restaurant is something that soothes you while enjoying the good food. The place looks okay from outside, but what makes this place stand out is the service. The person that serves you the food explains what kind of food your eating.
