I had the most delicious grilled sandwich with goat cheese, along with two fresh salads. Carraig Grilled Cheese truly understands how to use fresh, high-quality ingredients without compromising on anything — especially the sourdough bread from Svaneke Brød, which was outstanding.

The salads were simple yet perfect: crisp greens, a lovely dressing, fresh blueberries, and salted almonds. Such a great combo with a rich, cheesy toast.

Probably the very best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever eaten! ❤️Dana is very passionate about food in general and loves good ingredients and regional products.

For me as a chef the biggest surprise besides the fantastic sandwich were their salads, incredibly well seasoned and fresh and crisp directly from a local farmer. I strongly recommend trying one of the different sandwiches here, but be careful - there is a risk of addiction! 😋

Wow. Visited Carraig Grilled Cheese in summer 2023 due to the hype, and boy were my wife and I not disappointed!! Despite the wait (line), the sandwich was Magnificent - i had the two onion and my wife the goats cheese - both were brilliant. Then we also had the choice of two salads and they were also absolutely top notch - pasta with spinach, fennel and caraway seeds, and also a grilled carrot and feta salad - just great :) You must go here if you...
