Culinarium — Restaurant in Bornholms Regionskommune

I stopped by at Culinarium to have a lunch break from a bike ride. Good value for money, I had the lunch plate which looked not that big at first but was quite rich in the end,with lots of small different bites including typical blue cheese from Bornholm (really delicious!). Tourist trap. Expensive fast food fish and chips with factory remoulade sauce (too expensive dish for them to use this) and a waiter. At least they were open when the restaurant next door was closed. If you choose to go here you should have a reservation, otherwise you can only get way too overpriced fast food fish and chips.

Ein wunderschönes Abendessen? Wir (eine Familie bestehend aus Großeltern, Eltern und zwei Kindern (7 und 4 Jahre alt)) haben u.a. den Hafen in Nexö besucht. Dabei sind wir auf das Restaurant CULINARIUM aufmerksam geworden. Für den Besuch war eine ONLINE RESERVIERUNG erforderlich. Das war sehr einfach und wir haben sofort eine Speisekarte in drei Sprachen (DÄN, ENG und DEU) zur Menueauswahl zugesendet bekommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort WOHLGEFÜHLT. Die Kinder wurden in DEUTSCH begrüßt (sehr angenehm für die BEIDEN). Wir waren begeistert von der Qualität des Essens, das waren perfekte Kompositionen für Auge und Gaumen. Die "HYGGELIGE" Atmosphäre des Restaurants hat uns empfangen.
