Burger King — Restaurant in Brøndby Municipality

Well, if you want to wait 20 min or more for fast food , come on in. Personal is super slow and not helpful at all. Order could lay down prepared for 5 min on the table behind and getting cold (not under the lamps), completely forgotten. If you're taking "to go," they will never put your drinks in a holder or offer it. It's impossible to bring the order home without spilling the coke inside and ruining everything. And are the tissues counted or what? 2 small tissues for 2 menus is not sound right. Are they preparing orders the same way for delivery? I would be pissed if I would get my order that way. Food is usually cold by the time you have it. Toilets are dirty. Tables are sticky. Spilled coke on the floor in front of the crew will be there for half an hour, at least. Friendly staff. Nice, clean but somewhat older Burger King. The have two self serve kiosks of which one didn’t work and the other didn’t take coupons and I had a coupon. Ordered at counter. They are seriously understaffed in this restaurant. One person was doing drive in, counter and self serve kiosks orders so there was a long wait for the food. Food tasted fine however. Worst customer service that I have seen ever. I went there 3 consecutive days i.e, 12, 13 and 14th of june 2022 and their behaviour was the same rude and unprofessional each time. I can't find the name but the lady by her looks was from India or may be Srilanka . The service was slower than turtule . She doesn't even care what customer is saying. Burger King administration should take some concrete and stern actions against workers like them. Otherwise, many permanent customers like me will never come to burger...
