A simply great experience- period! The whole trip is handled by a lovely husband and wife couple who are both passionate about what they do and very informative, that takes the trip up to another level, yet still simply so relaxing. The trip is exceptionally good value for what it is. We had lovely weather and Poul Erik, the husband was exceptional in explaining everything from spotting some eagles to how to open an oyster. Reservamos hace semanas via web un seal tour para ver focas. Desgraciadamente se ha cancelado por viento fuerte. Nadie nos aha avisado. Hemos conducido de Ribe a Rømø para nada. Hemos llegado puntuales al punto de encuentro y no había nadie. He llamado al teléfono de referencia y no me han contestado. Por tanto he llamado al café mandopigen de Mandø y se ha puesto el padre, el cual se ha disculpado en nombre de su hijo por no habernos avisado (ni email ni llamada telefónica). Al volver al coche (5 min más tarde de la llamada) nos ha enviado el hijo un email informándo de la cancelación del tour... No comments. El dinero nos lo han devuelto inmediatamente, eso sí. A la media hora me ha llamado la nuera desde el móbil al que había llamado y no contestado preguntandome qué quería... Poca coordinación... Ha sido una decepción para mi y para mi familia.
