I remember when the tuna sandwich actually had tuna in it; when the meal was tasty in a unique way that made seeking out the restaurant worthwhile; when the custom order was actually customisable, 'cause you could talk to the girl who built the sub for you, in person; when the restaurant genuinely had a recognizable themed atmosphere, rather than being just another completely cookie-cutter copy-paste fast food dive. All these things are woefully as absent as the lock on the door to the restroom. To be fair, speedy service and a clean restaurant, as well as prices within the expected range, merits a second star. I'm not certain I'll be returning any time...

We paid double the price comparing to McDonald's, but the service is not as high as the price tag reflects. The staff just handed us a tray of burgers without letting us know which one was which. They mixed all our menu set orders, so we ended up taking each other's order.

The service was quick and you can order at the machines or up at the counter.

They were very kind and cut our 2 burgers in half at our request and changed the bread on one also at our request. The wedges were on point!

I think it's a bit pricey for fast food, but it is fresh and tastes nice. The vegetarian meat pattie is good.
