Great location but it's like they are trying too hard with the food to be similar to an upmarket Copenhagen experience. For example, we ordered the onion soup ( løgsuppe) all nicely presented in a big bowl with a small like croquet, sitting on a bed of mushrooms. The waiter then came with the broth and poured it on. All quite fancy but sadly, rather tasteless. We were originally served around three spoon's of soup, so we had to ask for more. The steak was similar to a MASH price steak so I was expecting something great. The steak was fine BUT totally drowned in some insipid and totally tasteless pepper sauce. There wasn't even any peppercorns to be seen in it. I always get surprised when a restaurant, who is trying to be upmarket and serving and charging a premium price for a steak, (DKK 360) uses the cheapest of all pepper-sauces. At least the chips were nice. We all ordered a dessert and my colleague ordered a passion fruit dessert, again, all nicely designed and served sadly but he remarked how mediocre it was in the taste. Staff is friendly, although we had to multiple times remind servers to bring our ordered drinks. They struggled somewhat with describing the contents of the platters.

We ordered the menu lunch platters, which we cannot recommend. The food seemed not made to order; as an example, the fried fish fillet was dry and seemed reheated (I’d had a very pronounced curl I would not expect from a freshly fried filet).

Our non-alcoholic drinks (sodas) were almost completely flat and tasted off.

Absolutely awesome place in Hareskovby. A combined brewery and restaurant. They brew all kind of different beers from brownales to IPAs. All of them brewed with local ingredients. You can walk there from Hareskov S-train station, about a 15 min walk. From Copenhagen Central Station to Hareskov Station, it will take you about 28 min by S-train. Located in the center of Hareskov forest. If you visit Copenhagen, this is a venue that is really worth visiting.
