We visited 16th February at 18:30. Selected our non alcoholic menu shortly afterwards. Our Foundation menu started rolling in and we finished around 21:50.
Subjective Observations: Good explanation of each course and drink Food and plating was not visually exciting in the sense of color Plating was average with food always centered Around 19:15 onward the kitchen cooking smell had traveled to the dining area and this conflicted with all the green decorations inside the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience. Pork neck was imported from Spain which did not make sense for me as Denmark is world famous for Pork. Black current dessert shaped like dog pawn over snow had a clashing taste of sweet + mint + salt + Sichuan (spicy) pepper flakes. This was combined with ginger/cucumber beverage. Amazing food that easily competes with other mechelin restaurants in jutland. The food was delicious and very different from course to course with textures, taste and aromas being top tier.
The staff did a good job filling up glasses, pulling out the chairs for you and where good at answering the questions we had about the food and drinks.

En helt almindelig torsdag aften på restaurant. En helt ualmindelig god oplevelse for en familie på 5, hvor vi stadig arbejder med dannelse, uddannelse og oplevelse. Hele vejen igennem blev vi forkælet, forundret og forført - fra modtagelse til afslutning, med et ekstra godt glas fra baren, i loungen på 1. sal. Domæne er sin egen, og svær at sammenligne med andre i samme liga. Sund og fornuftig og ukompliceret tilgang, og fantastiske resultater. Smage og teksturer som vi kun kan begejstres over Dejlig professionel, dedikeret og samtidig uformel betjening.
Burde nok give 5 stjerner, men jeg er jo vestjyde, og der skal altid være plads til at begejstres endnu mere. Men lige nu er det svært at forestille sig 😉👍.
