This Burger King is an absolute disgrace. Every time we've gone there the place has been really unhygienic, there is always something wrong with the food and the service is not friendly. They keep serving cold French fries, something I've had to complain about every single time. And the veggie burgers had soggy buns! I've promised myself never to go to this 'restaurant' (if you can call it that) again but then give them another chance, only to see they haven't changed! Like last Friday the touch screens and counters were full of greasy fingerprints ~ sure way to lose your appetite! And the other coffee had more liquid in it than the other one, even though I ordered two of the same size. When you complain to the staff they either give you weird looks or show an attitude, which is beyond unprofessional and immature - just bad customer service! I think the problem is always the management; the employees reflect the manager. However, I don't think it's good to hire only these super young people ~ they don't understand about hygiene and customer service. Put a few adults there who are well trained and I guarantee you the place gets run better! Ejer/ledelse skylder både deres kunder og ikke mindst medarbejdere mere respekt. De stakkels medarbejdere er jo de eneste der må stå på mål overfor utilfredse kunder. I går skulle vi købe i drive in til 4 personer... Der var 2 biler foran os og det tog en evighed. Når endelig der kom en pose ud af vinduet foran blev de hentet igen og det skulle opklares hvad der var bestilt. Det samme hos os hvor vi i samtlige vinduer måtte gentage bestillingerne.
