Burger King — Restaurant in Ishøj Municipality

I went at around 22:30 and Peder a crispy chicken menu and cheeseburger from the drive through. I’m asked to wait at bay 1. I wait around 15 mins for my food although there is no other customers. Fair enough. I then get my food where the fries are cold and the cheeseburger is a disaster, it has half a squashed patty in a bun (picture attached of the final product I received)

I write to customer services to explain the situation and as I’m in the restaurant business I feel it’s important to get feedback to improve. They write me a simple message back after 2 days saying they will let the restaurant know and that’s it, no refund no apology for the level of food I received no voucher for 15kr to get a new burger.. nothing. It’s sad that a franchised store can’t get thier most sold product...

Fun place especially for kids as they have a play ground so you can finally eat in peace while the little rascals play away and come from time to time for a bite of food. They always have offers you can find on the website from single menus to family menus

You always find vegan vegetarian or things with meat either chicken or beef sadly no pork and we love in Denmark but maybe BC some "people" can't eat pork they don.t have pork, oh well we need to live with this new...

Seriously understaffed restaurant. Staff appeared stressed and overworked. There are no self serve kiosk’s available so you have to order at the counter and they had only one register open and they were very slow to take orders. It also took them a long time to prepare the food. It tasted fine and was hot. Restaurant appeared clean. They were playing a radio station in the restaurant at a very high level. Too...
