I don't find it acceptable to wait 30 minuts for my food at a fast food restaurant. I also got the wrong food, and as I'm a vegetarian, I could not eat it because it was meat in it. The guacamole burger was okey, but there was almost no guacamole on it. The staff was very unserviceminded and not helpfull at all. They were not orginazed and had to walk around in the restaurant and ask the guests what they ordered. For me, this is an experience I rather not have again and therefore I won't come back.

Both times I’ve been here, the waiting time shocked me. The first time took 30 minutes to get a meal. Second time I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and they arrived 10 minutes later. Not what I would expect from a “fast food” place. Both times have been outside rush hours. The burgers are sad tasting and very sad looking. Next time I’ll visit the McD neighbour.

Angus kød og grillkul smag. Det smagte dårligt. Denne grillkul smag virker syntetisk og smager efter min mening ikke godt. Som et misforstået krydderi. På Carls Jr. er der to typer kød. Den almindelige og Angus, som jeg valgte. Jeg troede fejlagtigt, at jeg ville få en lækker bøf, men der tog jeg fejl. Kødet lignede enhver anden frossen bøf og smagte som beskrevet dårligt. Fritterne var besynderligt hårde. Til gengæld er betjeningen i top. Søde medarbejdere. Omgivelserne og indretningen et par klasser over andre burgerkæder. Carls Jr. det kunstige grillkul krydderi er rigtig klamt. Når jeg skal give 30 kroner ekstra for en Angus bøf vil jeg have bedre kød end på McDonalds. Men keep up den fine indretning og thumbs up til de søde mennesker, der passer jeres restaurant.

My first visit and think the burger was very nice very good taste and moist meat. Chicken strips were a bit chewy and not crispy as I expected. The fiery sauce was just that - very good indeed . I will be happy to eat here again although a bit expensive
