Massively hit-or-miss. Often enough you'll get your food and it's fine. But I've once experienced not getting my food for over an hour (!). And another time I've had the same thing given to me twice. So it's massively dependent on who's working on the day, I'm gathering. It's always almost completely empty. You can order via the usual web portals but again, hit-or-miss as to whether you get your food on time, or you're waiting for over an hour on a cancellation. Read moreAfter 35min of waiting we gave up and took money back. The line of people waiting for orders was blocking screens for making orders. We saw all the time around 40 pieces of food which noone was taking care of - food was getting cold and noone was packing it. Trash everywhere - on boards, floor. Line for "drive" was blocking others who tried to get in on the parking lot. Workers disorganised and having slow motion - was everyone the new worker without any experience? Totally lost time and disappointment...

We want to display to the other customer that this place is band of arogance and rude persons ... Also message for the management . You should train staff about respect towards customers, not arrogance and superiority !this us the worst...
