Bamboo at Tortuga Bay — Restaurant in Higüey

I am not sure how this restaurant has this high rating. We had a party of 10 and the food took almost 2 hours to come out. Additionally the pasta we ordered was raw and the paella was burnt on the bottom. It is extremely disappointing to them charge such high prices for a very low quality food.
