We wanted a high quality experience that’s why mislead we reserved the place for a dint. We drove from outside the resort through some military like security, with barricades. Arrived there we were impressed about the location, nice setup and decor. The service was deplorable due to lack of proper processes, we had like four waiters but none filled out our glasses with water, lots of waiting and wrong order. In the end a highly expensive bill which was not at all correlated with our experience. Added the place to “ never again “ list.

The worst service I have had literally in my life. In my life. The main course came out first, then the appetizers, THEN the drinks. I had to ask for my water to be refilled 3 times. It took over 30 minutes to pay. The tables on either side had a similar experience. It took one of them an hour to pay. There was no apology, no attempt to make it right until we mentioned it to the manager as we were going out the door and they gave us a drink. The food and atmosphere were nice but I would never go back and not recommend it to anyone else. They need a new front of the house manager. It was shocking to have had such a poor experience...

Horrendous service. I waited 40 minutes to be seated, another 10-15 for the waiter to pay me any attention, and he basically ignored me my entire meal despite walking by my table. I sat staring at nothing for another 10-15 minutes after finishing my meal waiting to ask to see a desert menu and for the check. The hostess noticed me and had to remind my waiter to… wait on me. A meal of cucumber salad and a sushi roll should not take 2 hours for a party of one. Further, a party of one should be treated no differently than a party of 10.
