Asadero Doña Pula — Restaurant in La Hispaniola

This place is a nightmare. Horrific is the best word to describe it.

First of all the "customer service" notion is non-existent here. You will get waiters not bringing the correct order and on top of that the food will be cold. They will switch your order without informing you and asking first when they run out of something in your order.

If the food does arrive it will not be properly cooked. My porkchops were half raw. They did not taste as good. The others complained and suffered the same as I did.

They care so little that they gave zero apologies.

The music is too loud, the lights too dim. If the place is crowded, expect worse service than this.

To be fair I have visited two of the restaurants, each one worst than the other. They will screw things even in broad daylight with the minimum amount of customers.

There is NO RESPECT for the customer. The food and service quality are not worth the ridiculous prices they have for the menu.

The only thing they have got right is that the restrooms are functional, clean and nice. So visit the restaurant if you just want to have a good...

It's a total rip 🙏 off first of I order chivo with white Rice and red beans and they brong me a small portion of rice and extra small beans and the chivo was only bones no meat after waiting 15 mins and the place was not even 1/3 of its capacity I spoke to the waiter about the matter and he said he addressed it with the supervisor I ask to him to the sup he was very understanding about the matter and tried to compensate but to me that wasn't the matter and he told me that he had several complains about the same situation with several people and I told him if the matter dosent get fixed with the chef about giving people only bones and they over charged you for the food you order but it's not want you asked for they should fired that chef I will never in .y life go to this restaurant or will allow any 1 I k ow to waste their hard earn money on this stablishment that isn't the way they stated on bill boards and commercials they waste money lying to the public if I have to call the local news I will to make sure this dosent...

I've been going there since it opened and I've liked it so far until 2 days ago for what I experienced that day. I got there with some friends that came to visit me from another city and it was like 45 minutes before closing the restaurant. When we got the food and we tried it, it was awful all different type of meet we ordered it was raw, they didn't cook it well even tho we told the waitress we like it well done. I can understand when it comes time to close a restaurant the staff is tired, but if you are going to do something in such a rush just cause you want to close the place and leave then it won't come out well (especially with food) we paid the food and tried to eat it regardless how it was, but we couldn't finish it and we mostly ate the French fries and the green salad. I was so ashamed with my friends cause I wanted them to feel good and satisfied. Never ever going back...
