McDonald's — Restaurant in San Pedro de Macorís

This is our second visit. We had a birthday party for our daughter. The staff at the party was outstanding. The atmosphere was not all that desirable. The kids food was great. They didn't secure the section for the birthday party. So it was very disappointing as we paid for a secure area. Anyone could show up without being invited. We wouldn't have another one there. This is a fairly clean and comfortable McDonalds. They offer delivery, table service, wifi, play place and serve certain foods that are only available here in the Dominican Republic; not in other areas, such as beer, guacamole wraps and McChimi. Normally their food is quite good however today the bread was very hard and the food seemed to be lacking salt, although it may have been just me on the salt. You cannot charge 780 pesos for a severely messed up order then ask for 40 pesos more to add a few extra pickles! Initially I thought the mistake was my fault but realized after talking to the supervisor it was her fault for helping the cashier take the order incorrectly and then handling it in a vindictive & unprofessional manner by obnoxiously hollering across the floor "ok ok" for all to hear as I walked back to my table to retrieve the sandwich.
