The rooms are extremely clean and maintenance all around is excellent. The beds are comfortable and there Is plenty of hot water. The hidden Hostal house is situated on a quiet Block in which you can enjoy the Morning chirps of the birds while Enjoying a meal on the roof. This hostal house is somewhat Small but it's cozy and there is much Tranquil all around and a great sense Of security felt. What I enjoyed the Most of my stay was the staff. I was Picked up at 5am from the airport by ElisVanessa which was not upset at All that my flight was delay as she Welcomed me in open arms. I was Then greeted by Jose whom works Evenings and gave me a welcoming Tropical drink and showed me to My room. In the morning I met up With Rosy whom I have been in Constant communication and had Answered my questions quickly and Professionaly. She is not only the Day front desk clerk as she also does The cooking and makes sure your Stay is as comfortable as possible in And out through the hostal house. She even made me aware that there Are two rental cars available if I wish To rent with I did choose the Honda CRV 2014..(great AWD vehicle in plus "A" conditions). And last but not least Was Jun Jun (Junior) whom made my Last day a memorable one as he took Me to the airport in record time as we Chatted about my stay and a bit about The family felt atmosphere that they Provide to make everyone feel just Like home....and honestly I did...Again Thanks for making my stay as comfy As possible everyone...will...

It was a very comfortable apartment where we stayed BUT they offered services and made promises they did not keep. Since my flight landed at 3am I asked if it was possible I could Do check in at that time, the gentleman said he would get me the apartment free of charge because of the time we would be getting there and I confirmed that same day prior to my flight departing with another representative if that was correct and she said yes, well the day I checked out I was charged for that night. Also they said i would be having room service cleaning in the apartment and that did not happen, the gentleman later said I had to call for room cleaning on a daily basis. Also I was offered free breakfast and later the gentleman stated that he would be in trouble for offering me those services at the price he gave me ($160 per night) , which I think is unprofessional if I call and get prices and later they are reluctant to giving the service, the last day was the only day I had breakfast and it was not good at all, the orange juice was pure acid as if it had long been past it's due date. The only reason I gave the 2 stars was for the apartment that was spacious, it was a 3/2 full kitchen living and dining. But the service it's self I was not...
