Jade Teriyaki — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

I wrote to them giving them a chance to acknowledge my complaint (and had tbey replied satisfactorily, I would not have written this honest but negative review). Their failure to reply is unacceptable, ans demonstrates to me a lack of care. Thus this review. While I was waiting for my order, a plastic bottle containing a liquid (probably water), used on the metal vooking surface, was dropped on the floor. The floor cannot be clean as peopke walk on it with shoes tbeybuse outside in the street. So thes bottle must have been contaminated. Instead of being washed and the cook washing her hands (or gloves) she kept cooking. But before doing so she returned the bottle to the food packing area where it could have and al.ost certainly did contaminate the work surface. Packers then moved it, potentially contaminating their hands (unknowingly) and more of the service area. The same hands that touched the unwashed bottle then packed food that was given to customers, potentially uknowingly contaminating the oackaging that customwes would touch with their hands before eating the content. I will never go back there. An atrocious lack of hygeine and my letter describing it received neither...

Its ok depending where u go. Carrefour location is disgusting lacks hygiene. Agora mall location is good. Their rice taste lacks traditional flavor. Portions are small. But...

He ido dos veces a este lugar, he pedido comida para llevar, la primera vez el servicio pésimo, llegaron más personas luego de nosotros pidiendo lo mismo, y nos entregaron despues que a esas personas. La segunda vez, otra comida para llevar, a mi pareja que fue quien acudió le dieron plátanos refritos(viejos llenos de grasa) nos dimos cuenta en casa, un asco...de restaurant, no quiero con esto decir que los demás de la cadena sean igual...visitamos otro de los misma cadena, donde no pasan esas...
