The food... Simply tasty, amazing and very well presented. I cannot state how much I love their seasoning and technique. It must be the best "Chicharrón" I've tasted, and that's a lot to say. Crunchy is an understatement to qualify it.

The service is good and they are really using technology way better than most places. That's a plus (as everything, their app has some room for improvement, but it's ok).

Wether you sit inside or outside, the atmosphere is also good, so don't worry. My advice is plan to come early. The place is not too big. Weekends are busy, so plan ahead. They have takeout and delivery through apps and I think they have direct delivery as well.

Say it with me y’all …. MO-FON-GO! P&B is a must try. The mofongo was delish! Chock FULL of meat so it was not dry and heavy as I have experienced in other places. Plus they provided a juicy pico sauce and a bit of yummy stock on the side to add even more divine flavor.

But the food? Average. Chicharrón - baked and largely unsalted. Longaniza - over cooked and mealy. Carne salada - tender, but lightly seasoned. Tostones - very good. Mofongo - bland and served with cold garlic liquid.
