If I'm giving a rate to this place, would be only for the super friendly staff! The waiters and captain are very decent and respectful.

The food isn't satisfying at all! The quality of food for the money I paid is totally diveresed and irrelevant! Although I ordered their best and most popular dish (special/Grill House mixed grill) but it was horrible! How come the name is ("Grill" House) and the chefs have no fundamentals of grilled food?!

Additionally, I ordered (Makarona Bashamel) as a take away dish, it ended up to be given to the cats in the building, very bas, frankly speaking.

The only thing I liked was the behavior and attitude of the whole staff to be honest.

One more point: the toilets upstairs smell sh*t as hell! I'm sorry but there's an actual "stool" smell around the sinks. I couldn't breathe!

Msg to management/owner: you have such a good spacious place in an excellent location, please give it extra care and better management, on many...

I love this restaurant due to Ahmed and his family whom I've gotten to know over the past two years.

The Grill House, Mixed Grill is my favourite and getting it delivered is a much better experience than eating in and having to pay taxes and get cuts for placing my elbows on the table while eating. The tables have glass tops and yesterday I cut my elbow on the sharp glass top. I mentioned it to two waiters and nothing got done about it and I was asked by the waiters to let Ahmed the manager know, isn't that there job? Why they haven't done nothing about the sharp glass tops, I don't know? It's very disappointing and the bold waiter is such a rude git! So I personally prefer a takeaway. So, its still a 5 star for the food, shame about the service...
